USE OF THE THERMAL BATHS
Public thermal spa - Therme EINS
As a guest at the Traditionshaus Holzapfel and the Holzapfels Wellnesshotel, daily use of the public Therme EINS and the sauna courtyard is already included in the price. You can reach these comfortably and directly from your room via our bathrobe corridor.
Use of the spa is not included when booking through external booking portals.
Private spa at Holzapfels Wellnesshotel: Our in-house wellness and sauna area will be extensively expanded by fall 2024 and is therefore not fully available.
Sauna courtyard
As a guest at Hotel Holzapfel, you can reach the sauna courtyard of Therme EINS via the bathrobe corridor. Here you will find various saunas such as the potato sauna, hunting sauna, hayloft and herbal sauna etc., a steam bath and a thermal water pool. This experience is already included in your room price during our renovation phase.

0-6 years (in parents' room) - free of charge 7-16 years (as 2nd person in room with 1 adult) € 40,- deduction from room price

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Your hotel room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure.
Please arrive at the wellness hotel.
PARKING LOT & UNDERGROUND GARAGE
Of course, you can park your car free of charge in the hotel's own parking lot. We are also happy to reserve a parking space in our underground garage for a fee.
Underground parking prices per vehicle:
- Daily rate € 4.00
- from 7 days 3,80 € per day
- from 14 days 3,50 € per day
- from 21 days 3,30 € per day
TOURIST TAX
We charge the local tourist tax per person and day in the name and on behalf of the municipality of Bad Füssing. On presentation of a disabled person's pass with a disability of 80% or more, the visitor's tax will be reimbursed accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge. If you cancel your reservation at a later date, we will charge 80% of the confirmed accommodation price. The confirmed arrival and departure days are binding for guests and landlords according to the Bavarian Hotel and Catering Act. Therefore, 80% of the confirmed accommodation price will be charged even in the event of late arrival or early departure. In order to avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out our in-house cancellation insurance amounting to 4.00 euros per person and booked night. We will send you the forms with your reservation confirmation.
PAYMENT
Payment for the hotel stay must be made in cash or by EC card on the day of departure at the latest. We also accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. American Express is not accepted.
